By participating in the G DATA Partner Programme you confirm that you agree to the following terms:
The affiliate partner guarantees that no content will be made available that infringes any current law or offends common decency. In particular such content includes sexually salacious images, depiction of violence as well as radical, discriminatory, offensive or defamatory statements about race, sex, religion, politics, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age as well as any web pages which are in any way illegal.
Advertising G DATA products on web pages which glorify violence or contain pornographic, discriminatory or offensive content, as described above, is forbidden. G DATA, reserves the right to refuse to place advertising for these reasons and to terminate existing partnerships plus cancel any open transactions with these partners.
Advice on email advertising
The G DATA advertising partner offer applies exclusively to interested parties who operate website advertising. Email advertising is generally excluded from this offer!
Rules/advice on search engine marketing (SEM)
Limited SEM is permitted. However the "G DATA" word mark must not be reserved on any search engine. The URL may not be used in any search engine as a display and destination URL. The brand, brand variations, incorrect spellings and word combinations may not be offered in any search engine. Use of the following fixed rules or instructions should ensure that our partners work in a manner that conforms with search engine guidelines:
a) Negative keywords list/Trademarks
You are not allowed to show adverts for a straight search on these trademarked or excluded terms:
No search engine advertisements should be displayed with the terms "gdata", "g data", and "g-data". For example, if you display advertisements with Google using keywords with the "broad match" or "phrase match" keyword options, you must ensure that your campaigns or advertising groups include the negative keywords "gdata", "g data" and "g-data".
You are not allowed to show adverts on misspellings of advertiser's trademarks.
You are not allowed to show adverts for a search on advertiser's Company Name and trademarks You are not allowed to show adverts for a search on advertiser's Company Name or trademarks when also using generic terms. (i.e. Brand with Generic Terms) You are not allowed to show adverts against advertiser's URL (e.g. www.emerchant.com) You are not allowed to show adverts against advertiser's URL or variations www.emerchant.com, w.emerchant.com. ww.emerchant.com, etc…) You are not allowed to show adverts on trademarks, or variations, of advertiser’s competitors?
b) Positive keywords list
You are allowed to show adverts for generic terms when using a landing page.
Display of advertisements for search terms such as "antivirus 20XX", "internetsecurity 20XX" or "totalsecurity 20XX" or "antivirus for mac" or "mobile security" is permitted.

"G DATA" is a registered word mark, which may not be used in display and destination URLs or search words.
You can include trademarks in the sub folders of the display URL's in your Search Engine Adverts You may not include trademarks in the sub domain of the display URL's in your Search Engine Adverts You may not operate domains which contain trademarks for the sole purpose of driving traffic from Search Engines.

5. Direct links to G DATA web pages from search engine displays are not allowed. Direct forwarding (even in iFrame) to G DATA web pages is not permitted within SEM. Partners who operate SEM should set up their own landing page, which we will be happy to assist you with.
6. Promoting our landing pages without adding your own content is not allowed, otherwise every affiliate page being promoted would look the same.
7. Integrating the content into your own website is generally preferable. With SEM, more caution is required from individual partners in respect of their competitors. Adapt the page you wish to promote with its own "look and feel" and thus distance it from that of your competitors.
8. Create a legal page with contact information to make it clear that this is your own website offering!
9. Do not display Adword advertisements on mobile devices with WAP browsers.
